Terms of the “Black Friday — prices without VAT” promotion

§1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules of the “Black Friday — prices without VAT” promotion (the “Promotion”) run in the balotade.com online store (the “Store”).
The organiser of the Promotion is Balotade Maciej Sobótka, Wysiedle 8a, 73-150 Wysiedle, Poland, VAT ID PL2530334997, REGON 321519506 (the “Seller”).

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Terms of the Store.

The Promotion runs from 3 November 2026, from the moment of publication, until 27 November 2026, 23:59 (Central European Time).
Participation is determined by the time the order is placed.
The Promotion applies while stocks of the products covered by it last.

Any customer of the Store may take part — a consumer, a sole trader treated as a consumer, and a business.
Participation is voluntary and does not require registering an account.

The Promotion applies to a customer who both: (a) places at least two items at regular prices in the cart, and (b) enters the discount code BF2026 in the cart.
Two units of the same product also satisfy the two-item condition.
The discount equals the amount of VAT contained in the product price. The discounted price is calculated as: discounted price = gross price ÷ (1 + VAT rate). At a 21% rate this means a 17.36% reduction; at 23% — 18.70%.
The VAT rate of the delivery country applies. For orders delivered outside the European Union, the Polish rate (23%) applies.
The discount is applied automatically once the code is entered, separately for each eligible product, and is visible in the cart before the order is placed.
“Prices without VAT” means that the VAT contained in the price is deducted from it. It does not mean a sale free of VAT — every order is documented in accordance with the applicable law, and VAT is calculated on the reduced price.
The Promotion is a conditional discount (it requires the code and a minimum of two products) applied in the cart. The product prices shown in the Store do not change during the Promotion.

The Promotion does not cover products at promotional prices (already reduced). Such products may be in the cart, but their price does not change and they do not count towards the required minimum of two items.
The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, loyalty-programme discounts or any other promotions in the Store. Only the BF2026 code may be active in the cart.
The discount does not cover delivery costs or additional fees.
The Promotion does not cover orders placed outside the Store, including orders from Allegro, OLX and eBay.

The free delivery threshold is calculated on the cart value after the discount.
Delivery rules and costs are set out in the Terms of the Store.

Taking part in the Promotion does not limit the customer’s statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days under the Terms of the Store.
In the event of withdrawal, the Seller refunds the amount actually paid for the returned product, that is the price after the discount.
Returning part of an order, after which fewer than two products covered by the Promotion remain, does not create any obligation to pay extra for the products kept by the customer.
Complaints concerning the Promotion may be sent to kontakt@balotade.com or in writing to: ul. Kościelna 6c, 73-150 Łobez, Poland. Complaints are handled within 14 days.

These Terms are available free of charge on the Promotion page for the whole of its duration.
The Seller reserves the right to end the Promotion early or to extend it. Such a change does not affect orders placed before it is introduced.
The Polish version of these Terms is the binding one. Translations are provided for information.
