Step by step:

1. 1. Fill out the form
      It doesn’t cost anything! Enter your basic information (name, email) so we can contact you.
   2. Tell us about your horse
      Write about its character (e.g., “nervous when saddling”, “likes to bite the bit”), history (e.g., past injuries, changes in dentition) and any problems (e.g., pulls, doesn’t like putting on the bridle).
   3. Submit photos/videos
      Show us your horse in motion (e.g. trot, gallop) and accurate shots of the muzzle and head. If you have recordings of problems (e.g., head shaking), include those too.
   4. Describe your goals
      Do you want to ride recreationally? To compete in competitions? Or are you working with a young horse? Highlight what is most important to you.
   5. List the current bridle/bit
      Write what models you are using now (name, size) and what doesn’t fit you in them (e.g., “the frenulum pinches the corners of the muzzle”, “the bit rubs through”). You can also send us photos.
   6. Wait for proposals
      We will analyze all the information and send you 2-3 proven options from our offer. You will also get specific hints (for example, how to measure the muzzle, what to pay attention to when setting up).
