Purchase this item and get The Balotade® Mini Foal halter is the smallest halter in the range — ideal for a foal’s first days. Nylon webbing alone, with no lining: light and simple, without extra layers on a foal walking at its mother’s side.
A wide range of adjustment
Adjustment at two points — at the poll and under the jaw. Nose circumference 39 to 46 cm, head circumference 70 to 80 cm. At the rate a foal grows, that spare room counts for most. The measurements of every strap are in the size chart.
Construction
- Webbing: hard-wearing nylon, the same as in the Balotade® Comfort and Flaffy halters
- Fastening: snap hook under the jaw
- Fittings: in silver
- Ring under the jaw for clipping on a lead rope
Mini Foal or Foal?
The standard size is Foal and it is the one that fits most foals — Mini Foal is the option for exceptionally small foals. Measure the head circumference: 70 to 80 cm means Mini Foal, 80 cm and up means Foal. If you also want a lining to protect against rubbing, choose the Foal.
