Professional Balotade® Reno saddle.

Reno is a saddle that will be perfect for all equestrian enthusiasts. Its style will be appreciated by every fan of the saddle. The saddle has been decorated with special stylish accessories that look great and attract attention.

Natural, imported buffalo leather was used in the saddle. As a result, it is durable, soft and pleasant to touch.

Durable, soft, quilted seat

The unique seat made of natural leather will allow you to perfectly communicate with the horse while riding. And thanks to the careful, manual tanned leather, it will withstand more than one expedition.

In Balotade® Reno we have used quilting of the seat. This makes it softer and more durable. The use of this method of stitching also reduces slipping on the rider’s seat.

Soft, felt lining of wide benches.

We used a soft felt bottom in the saddle. This makes Balotade® Reno soft and gentle on the back. And its wide benches perfectly distribute the entire weight.

I stumbled upon Balotade somewhat by accident, but I immediately fell in love. No other bridle has fit my Polish horse this well (due to her long, narrow head), but we finally succeeded with the Balotade bridle. This is my first bridle from this company, and I suspect it won't be my last.

Is it possible to return a saddle if it does not fit the horse?

Yes, if the saddle does not fit your horse, you can return it - just like any other product from our offer. However, it is important that the saddle does not show signs of use and is in an intact condition. Please try on the saddle gently, preferably on a clean saddle cloth, to avoid any damage or dirt.

How to choose the seat size for your height and weight?

The seat size should be adjusted to both the height and weight of the rider:

Matching the rider's weight:
A seat size of 15″-15 3/4″ will be suitable for people weighing up to 40 kg.
A size of 16″-16.5″ is suitable for riders weighing 41 to 51 kg.
People weighing 56 to 79 kg should choose a seat size of 17″-17.5″.
For riders weighing 80 to 120 kg, a size of 18″ is recommended.

Fit for rider height:
A seat size of 15″-16″ will work well for people with a height of 1.45 m to 1.65 m.
Riders with a height of 1.65 m to 1.75 m should choose a seat size of 16.5″-17.5″.
Taller people, with a height of 1.75 m to 1.90 m, should bet on a seat size of 17″-18″.

Keep in mind that these are general guidelines and the ideal seat size may vary depending on rider preference and saddle type.

What type of padding is used in saddles?

The type of filling in saddles depends on the specific model and manufacturer. Fillings can be made of various materials, such as wool, latex or foam. Each type has its advantages and disadvantages, for example wool allows for a more precise fit of the saddle to the horse's back, while foam is more durable and less prone to deformation. Detailed information about the filling used can be found in the description of the selected saddle.

How long does it take for a saddle to be delivered?

Saddles are shipped within 24 hours of ordering if the product is in stock. In the event of lack of availability, pre-sales or other exceptional circumstances, the delivery time may be longer, which is indicated in the product description. Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Do you offer assistance in fitting a saddle to a horse?

Yes, assistance with saddle fitting is possible, but currently we only provide it remotely. Based on photos and detailed information about the horse, such as its build or dimensions, we provide advice on choosing the right saddle.

Can I test the saddle before purchasing?

Once you have placed your order and received your saddle, you can try it on your horse to check its fit. However, it is not possible to do a full test ride, because the saddle cannot show any signs of use when returning it. We plan to introduce test models in the future, but they are not available at the moment.

How to care for your saddle to extend its life?

To keep your saddle in good condition and extend its life, you need to take proper care of it. After making sure that the saddle is staying with you, it is a good idea to oil it with leather oil to preserve it and nourish the material. Regular cleaning and the use of special leather care products will help maintain its appearance and functionality. The saddle should be stored in a dry, warm place, away from moisture and extreme temperatures.

Do you offer installment sales of saddles?

Yes, we offer installment sales of saddles. Simply select the Tpay payment operator when placing your order. After confirming your order, installments will be one of the available options.

Do you make custom saddles?

We do not currently make custom-made saddles. However, we do offer saddles with replaceable gullets, which allow them to be adjusted to different horse builds. This is a practical solution that allows for greater flexibility in the use of the saddle.
