Yes, of course! You can order a bridle with any headstall available in our offer. All you need to do is:
- Add information about changing the headstall in the "Comments" field when placing your order.
- Select standard transfer as your payment method .
- After placing your order, if the selected headband costs more than 25 EUR , you only need to pay the difference . For example: if the price of the selected headband is 30 EUR , the additional payment is 5 EUR.
If a new browband is cheaper than 25 EUR or costs the same, there is no need to pay extra.

If the crystal falls off on its own, we consider it a product defect that is subject to complaint. However, if the damage is due to mechanical action, e.g. the horse rubbed its head against the wall, the complaint will not be accepted. In both cases, we offer the possibility of repairing the browband. All you need to do is send clear photos of the damage to our e-mail address. Our team will assess the situation and try to find the best solution.
The production process of browbands depends on their type. Crystals can be precisely glued or placed in special chains, which ensure their durability and aesthetics. Thanks to this, browbands are both elegant and functional.
The browbands available in our shop are perfectly matched to the bridles offered in our offer. However, if you plan to use them with bridles from other companies, we cannot guarantee full compatibility. In the case of bridles with exceptionally thick straps or with an unusual design, it may happen that the browband will not fit. In case of doubts, we encourage you to contact us - we will be happy to help you choose.
Yes, we offer the possibility of ordering headbands in a non-standard pattern, but only when buying larger quantities. We do not carry out single orders for individual designs. If you are interested in this option, contact us to discuss the details.
