I got amazing guidance on what size I should pick for my new leathers. I put an order in on their webshop and received an order confirmation very quickly. Unfortunately a few days after I put in my order, my horse got an injury that'll take at least 3-9months to heal and I didn't need the leathers anyway. I wrote an email to ask if I could cancel the order and within an hour the order was cancelled and the money was returned to my account. I never got to buy anything from this store, but from the customer service alone, this is the easiest 5 star rating 🌟

I stumbled upon Balotade somewhat by accident, but I immediately fell in love. No other bridle has fit my Polish horse this well (due to her long, narrow head), but we finally succeeded with the Balotade bridle. This is my first bridle from this company, and I suspect it won't be my last. P.S. You can expand your offerings to include the shetty size 🦄

Can I order a bridle with a different browband?

Yes, of course! You can order a bridle with any browband available in our offer. All you need to do is:

Add information about changing the browband in the "Comments" field when placing your order.
Select standard transfer as your payment method .
After placing your order, if the selected browband costs more than 25 EUR , you only need to pay the difference . For example: if the price of the selected browband is 30 EUR , the additional payment is 5 EUR.

If a new browband is cheaper than 25 EUR or costs the same, there is no need to pay extra.

One of the crystals has fallen off the browband. What can be done about it? Is it subject to complaint?

If the crystal falls off on its own, we consider it a product defect that is subject to complaint. However, if the damage is due to mechanical action, e.g. the horse rubbed its head against the wall, the complaint will not be accepted. In both cases, we offer the possibility of repairing the browband. All you need to do is send clear photos of the damage to our e-mail address. Our team will assess the situation and try to find the best solution.

How are browbands created?

The production process of browbands depends on their type. Crystals can be precisely glued or placed in special chains, which ensure their durability and aesthetics. Thanks to this, browbands are both elegant and functional.

Do the browbands in your store fit all types of bridles?

The browbands available in our shop are perfectly matched to the bridles offered in our offer. However, if you plan to use them with bridles from other companies, we cannot guarantee full compatibility. In the case of bridles with exceptionally thick straps or with an unusual design, it may happen that the browband will not fit. In case of doubts, we encourage you to contact us - we will be happy to help you choose.
