Balotade® Lite Blue Plastic Stirrups

Balotade® Lite Blue plastic stirrups are the lightest stirrups in the Balotade range and the simplest way to take some load off your leg during a long session. A tough polymer body, a wide 12 cm tread and a replaceable insert you can swap instead of buying new stirrups.

Lightness you feel from the first ride

• A fraction of the weight of steel stirrups – the leg tires less and the stirrup is not kicked out from under the foot when the pace changes,
• Easy to pick up again after losing it,
• Less load on the leathers and on the saddle.

Replaceable insert

The insert is the part that wears out first — and the only one that does. In Lite plastic stirrups you simply take it out and fit a new one:

• A worn tread is not the end of the stirrup – you replace the insert alone,
• Easy cleaning – the insert comes out and can be washed separately, together with the sand that collects underneath it,
• The colour of the insert is what gives the whole stirrup its accent.

Wide 12 cm tread

• 12 cm of width gives stable support to the whole foot,
• The anti-slip surface of the insert keeps the boot in place,
• A universal shape – suitable for jumping, dressage and recreational riding.

A saturated blue you can see from the stands. It pairs well with a black saddle and with navy saddle pads, and in the saddle it is immediately clear that the kit was chosen, not assembled by accident.
