With the stronger action of the reins, they change their position slightly, acting more strongly on the tongue. The Beval bit is usually used on strong horses with little attention to the effect of the bit. It is also often used by children . Thanks to this, their control over horses is increased. Inside the bit rings there are semicircles to which the reins and cheekbones are attached.

The rider makes the bit rotate gently by acting with his hand. The rider exerts more pressure on the horse’s head and mouth through a patent that works on the principle of a delicate lever.

The rollers used in the bit rotate in the horse’s mouth giving him something to play with while reducing the likelihood of the bit being caught or held by the horse’s teeth.
